Top 20 Law Firms in IPR's and CBM's at the PTAB

According to data from the Docket Navigator patent litigation database, twenty law firms have the distinction of having represented twenty or more parties in Inter Partes Reviews and Covered Business Method reviews at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. The top five firms in these post-grant proceedings are Finnegan, Fish & Richardson, Sterne Kessler, Foley & Lardner and Norton Rose Fulbright.

The Patent Trial and Appeal Board has instituted more than 60 Covered Business Method Reviews and more than 500 Inter Partes Reviews.
