Source Code for Future Products is Discoverable

Plaintiff's motion to compel the production of defendant's source code for future products was granted "because it is reasonably likely to lead to evidence relevant to [plaintiff's] infringement claims. Further, products which have not yet been released for sale to consumers may still be found to infringe."
